LJWQ-2500 Automatic Horizontal Glass Washing and Drying Machine is a multi-purpose special washing machine for flat glass washing. It is specially designed for various tempering furnaces and laminated glass production lines. According to different purposes of users, the machine has roller brushes. , clear water circulation, high-pressure cold air, and other functions are combined and matched. The machine has the characteristics of stable and reliable performance, strong decontamination ability, clean, good air-drying effect, easy maintenance, and convenient adjustment, and can be selected by users. The overall structure of the machine is composed of four parts: an inlet segment, a washing segment, air-drying segment, and an output segment.
The main transmission system of the machine adopts bevel gear transmission, frequency conversion speed regulation, digital display, stable transmission, and convenient maintenance.
The conveying rubber roller of the whole machine adopts the overall rubber structure of vulcanized rubber (no contact with acidic liquid is strictly prohibited).
The washing system and air-drying system adopt an electric overall lift, and the maximum internal opening is 350 mm, which is easy to operate.
This machine is suitable for ordinary glass washing and is more suitable for tempering, coating, Low-E Glass, laminating glass, and vacuum processes with high cleaning requirements.

Horizontal structure, simple operation. The machine frame adopts heavy thickness aluminum alloy to avoid to be out of shape when working for a longtime. With stainless steel water sink and high pressure pre-spraying (high pressure pump) in loading ( in-feed), the rubber roller can pre-wash automatically to clean out the glass powder or scraps. Brush: The top and bottom brushes transmit by 1 motor respectively. Water tank (with heater): 2 water tanks total, 1 for pre-wash, another for washing section. Blower: Low noise and vibration. Conveying adopts frequent converter, digital display and convenient operation, which do good to connect with double edging line, hollow glass line, safety glass line, etc. Table rollers adapt superior rubber and transmitted by gear wheel which makes a stable working. Side covers and tanks and any other water touched material adopt stainless steel 201. Washing and Drying section can be lifted to Max. 400 mm by adjustment on electrical board with 4 legs(corners) increasing through motors and encoder. 2 pairs air knives adopt advanced technique device, large power and quick air dry.
The Aluminum Alloy Structure
The whole cleaning equipment adopts aluminum alloy assembled tripod, which is stable and durable, not easy to change. The surface of the aluminum alloy aluminum profile adopts negative oxidation treatment, which is not easy to be corroded by water.
The Water Tank Adopts #201 Stainless Steel
The water tank, the shield and the place in contact with the water are made of #201 stainless steel, which is harder than #304 stainless steel and contains high manganese. Chromium-rich oxides will be formed on the surface of the steel body to protect the steel body from water rust
The Gear Transmission

What are the defects that are prone to occur during glass washing and drying?
(1) Edge burst: The transmission and clamping system problems cause the glass to collide in the washing machine.
(2) Scratches: There is broken glass under the washing machine and stacked sheets are stacked during operation.
(3) Unclean: the water tank is not changed in time, and the water quality is not clean; too much glass powder is stained on the brush; the air-drying section is not filtered or the filter is not clean, and the dust content is large.

How to prevent the glass from being stuck in the horizontal glass washing machine?
(1) Do not put glass exceeding the thickness limit of the washing and drying machine.
(2) When loading the film, the distance between the glasses should be large enough.
(3) Do not clean the area smaller than the minimum size specified by the equipment and the roller brush. If the glass is stuck or abnormal, stop the machine immediately to eliminate it.
(4) When cleaning narrow and long glass or glass with small sizes, the long side should be placed along the forward direction.
