Our online sales representatives with reviewing your order and contact you with an estimated delivery date.

Shipping Methods 

All glass processing machines can be shipped worldwide by sea, by air, or by international express logistics via DHL, FedEx, and UPS. You are welcome to get a free quotation by filling up the form with your name, email, detailed address, product, and requirements, we will shortly contact you with the full information including the most suitable delivery method (fast, secure, discreet) and freight. A glass processing machine firstly should be packaged well in a free-fumigation wooden crate. Usually, we deliver the glass processing machine by ship, sometimes, as per the customer's requirements, we can also deliver by air or by train. When the glass processing machine arrived at your sea port or destination, you can pick it up with the bill of lading we offered. We can also arrange for the cargo agent to send it to your door.

Shipping Rates

Shipment Tracking

Damaged Shipments 

We carefully select our carriers based on the safe and courteous delivery of your products at a reasonable price. However, occasionally damage may occur to a shipment. While this is rare customers are asked to follow a simple procedure that will expedite the claim process (if needed).
