Automatic Glass Loading Table


Equipment performance and working principle

Mainly used for automatic take-up of glass. Put the glass in the designated position, and after the take-up signal is given, the take-up sucker automatically flips up and sucks the glass and places it on the transfer roller table of the take-up table, and automatically transports the glass to the main machine of the cutting machine.

It is mainly composed of a frame, a suction cup flipping and fetching mechanism, a suction cup fetching moving mechanism, a conveying roller table, and an electric control cabinet.

The whole working process can be completed by PLC automatic control or manual control. The manual mode is mainly used in equipment adjustment and maintenance. Each action can be completed separately or used for normal work. After giving the film taking signal (manual or automatic), the turning system works, the motor drives the mechanical reversing mechanism to turn the suction cup arm up, and when it reaches the same inclination angle as the glass, the turning stops, and the forward motor makes the suction cup move, and the top is moved. When the detection switch next to the suction cup touches the glass, the forward motor stops. At this time, the vacuum system is working, and the suction cup starts to absorb the glass. When the vacuum pressure switch reaches the set pressure, the vacuum pump stops, and the telescopic link mechanism of the suction cup is driven by the motor to lift the glass. The glass is sucked up, the motor drives the mechanical turning mechanism to reverse the glass to the transfer table, the telescopic link mechanism makes the suction cup and the glass fall at the same time, the suction cup blows compressed air to quickly release the glass, and the transmission mechanism starts to send the glass sheet to the front end of the loader to the signal Click stop. Then the whole frame moves automatically to find the zero position and then stops. Waiting for the signal from the cutting table, the glass sheet can be sent to the cutting table at the same speed as the cutting table. The thickness of the glass needs to be arbitrarily selected at the station to take the film.

Note: The quantity of glass taken by the slicing machine can be automatically controlled, that is, the quantity of glass to be cut is input before cutting. After the cutting is completed, the slicing machine can be manually operated before continuing to take pieces, to avoid mistakenly cutting the glass due to human factors.
