Product features of the workbench

  1. Three-layer equipment, plus an automatic lifting platform, can effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers, facilitate operation, have high flexibility, and can effectively save floor space.

1. Glass selection (ordinary glass)
According to the needs of customers using glass, select glass (such as ordinary white glass, ultra-white glass, Low-E original glass, etc.);

2. Glass cutting (cut the original piece into the size required by the customer)
Use automated glass cutting equipment to cut the original glass sheet into shape according to its tempered size and shape;

3. Glass edge grinding + washing
Use glass edge grinding equipment to polish and smooth the sharp edges produced after cutting the glass to ensure that the size and edge quality of the glass meets the customer's requirements; after the glass is polished and rounded, use a glass washing machine to wash the dust covering the glass. ;

4. Heating, softening, and cooling in the tempering furnace
The glass is placed in a tempering furnace with a high temperature of 700°C to reach the softening point (glass heating system: the tempering temperature needs to be adjusted and the tempering heating time must be set), and then transferred to the cooling machine for rapid cooling, so that the glass reaches a certain strength. Improved tensile strength of tempered glass, providing better safety and reliability.

5. Quality inspection
Inspecting the manufactured tempered glass and testing its appearance, size, curvature, fragmentation state, or the load-bearing capacity of the glass surface;

6. Glass washing and drying
Use a glass washing machine to wash tempered glass to remove impurities, oil, and dust that cannot remain on the glass surface; dry the glass after washing and set aside for later use;

7. Clamp the glued sheet
The lamination and lamination process of tempered glass must meet its process requirements, and the lamination and lamination process is strictly carried out in the lamination room; laminated glass consists of two or more layers of tempered glass sandwiched with an (EVA) interlayer film, and is subjected to high temperature and high pressure.
