Quels sont les défauts susceptibles de se produire lors du lavage et du séchage du verre ?
(1) Éclatement des bords : les problèmes de transmission et de système de serrage provoquent la collision du verre dans la machine à laver.
(2) Rayures : Il y a du verre brisé sous le lave-linge et des draps empilés sont empilés pendant le fonctionnement.
(3) Sale : le réservoir d'eau n'est pas changé à temps et la qualité de l'eau n'est pas propre ; trop de poudre de verre est tachée sur le pinceau; la section de séchage à l'air n'est pas filtrée ou le filtre n'est pas propre et la teneur en poussière est importante.
(4) Le soufflage n'est pas sec : le volume d'air et la pression d'air ne sont pas suffisants, et la lame d'air ou l'angle de soufflage ne convient pas.
Comment éviter que le verre ne reste coincé dans la machine à laver le verre horizontale ?
(1) Ne mettez pas de verre dépassant la limite d'épaisseur de la machine à laver et à sécher.
(2) Lors du chargement du film, la distance entre les verres doit être suffisamment grande.
(3) Ne nettoyez pas la zone plus petite que la taille minimale spécifiée par l'équipement et la brosse rotative. Si la vitre est collée ou anormale, arrêtez immédiatement la machine pour l'éliminer.
(4) Lorsque vous lavez du verre étroit et long ou du verre de petite taille, le côté long doit être placé dans la direction avant.
