The whole insulating glass production line usually includes 7 parts:

The second part: the washing and drying section.


In this glass washing section, there are three pairs of soft brushes and four pairs of water sprays for washing and drying glass. The air knife is float designed, which part always keeps the right and suitable distance between the glass and air knife in the press and design section. ( Entirely the same as the LISEC )

The transfer wheel from this section: The front and back transfer wheel is all-direction moved, and all are actively transferred. Whatever the glass size is, big or small, it always guarantees that the glass passes through smoothly. ( Entirely the same as the LISEC ) 


The axle and bearing of brushes are made of all stainless steel, which can keep the machine washing stable and usable for a long time. The whole drying machine uses a sound-insulation design, which could reduce noise pollution effectively.

The 6th part: the pressing and gas filling section.

In this section, it could adopt online input to enter the suitable gas proportion value, all the data could be shown on the touch screen, and during the gas filling process, the touch screen can show the whole gas filling process visually. However, how to show off the percentage of the argon gas filling on the touch screen online is an important technology in insulating glass production. LIJIANG Glass, which is the first and only manufacturer, could master this technology very well from China. 


There is no doubt that it could be very useful for customers. When argon gas is filled, it will show off the whole process on the screen. When it reaches the customer's setting data, it will alarm and stop immediately. So it cannot only save the argon gas, but also save the processing-time. By the way, the bottom of the gas filling is our special structure. (Entirely the same as the structure of LISEC)

The whole press and gas filling section is divided into five parts (per 750mm). When the small-sized glass (less than 750mm) passes through the pressing and gas filling section, only one part can work. When the differently sized glass, which is more than 750mm but less than 1500mm, passes through the pressing and gas filling section, it will work in two parts, so there is no need for the whole press and gas filling section work, to save more argon gas.

The Low-E glass coating inspection

To avoid the Low-E glass, put the inverse side and leave wheel marks or scratch Low-E coating. LIJIANG Glass uses coating inspection - metal film conductive. (Other suppliers from China usually use the photoelectric detection, and it's actually a little harder to recognize for higher transparency)

The pressing case uses the high-precision servo motor.

The servo motor could accurately calculate the thickness of the insulated glass and aluminum spacer. Compared with a traditional hydraulic station. And also, it could guarantee the precise working pressure and protect the glass from damage, at the same time increasing the working speed.

The first one to use adjustable points to ensure that the platen will never deform.

The whole equipment adopts CNC technology in the pressing board. The adjustable points inside the pressing board keep the backplate straight all the time. In China, except for LIJIANG Glass, no other suppliers could guarantee that the pressing board will remain vertical andstraight all the time after used for over 10 or 20 years.

It uses six soft (Low-E Glass) brushes with a 0.1mm diameter only.

It has 6 brushes, which are all soft brushes, can wash and dry more different types and sizes of Low-E glass, flat glass, tempered glass,s and so on. It has a diameter of less than 0.1mm bristles, never damages glass, especially for Low-E Glass washing.



The whole washing machine uses 304 stainless steel materials

The whole washing and drying section adopts 304 stainless steel materials, including the plate and interior spare parts. The thickness of the plate can be up to 4mm, and the interior plate can be 8mm. The equipment performance is better, and the service life is much longer than that of other suppliers.

LIJIANG Glass adopte la traction avant et arrière des roues motrices, les roues avant et arrière sont alimentées et le verre de toutes tailles et épaisseurs peut passer en douceur; comme la section de séchage de la ligne creuse d'autres fabricants, certains utilisent des rouleaux de support, et d'autres La roue arrière est utilisée comme roue motrice et la roue avant est utilisée comme roue motrice. Ces méthodes sont faciles à retourner lors du traitement du verre de petite taille et faciles à déplacer lors du traitement du verre de grande taille, ce qui affecte l'efficacité du traitement.
LIJIANG Glass utilise une sonde de détection de revêtement de verre Low-E à tête ronde au lieu d'une sonde de détection de type aiguille, qui ne percera pas le verre; il n'utilise pas non plus la sonde de détection photoélectrique couramment utilisée par d'autres fabricants. La poutre gonflable et la bande transporteuse dans la section de pression de la plaque gonflable LIJIANG Glass adoptent une structure de bande synchrone intégrée. Cette méthode a de meilleures performances d'étanchéité et le verre isolant n'est pas facile à fuir pendant le processus de gonflage et d'assemblage. d'autres fabricants utilisent une structure séparée pour la roue de transmission et la poutre de gonflage. De cette façon, le fond est sujet aux fuites d'air pendant le processus de gonflage et de fermeture.
Le trou d'air dans la section de pression de la plaque gonflable en verre LIJIANG adopte la méthode de soufflage direct de l'air à l'intérieur des deux morceaux de verre, la vitesse d'admission d'air est plus rapide et l'effet de gonflage est meilleur lors du traitement du verre grand format ; par rapport à d'autres fabricants, l'admission d'air se reflète sur la barre en aluminium. Dans la manière de remplir l'intérieur des deux morceaux de verre, la vitesse d'admission d'air est relativement lente. Lors du traitement du verre grand format, la large bande d'aluminium bloquera le flux de gaz et la concentration de remplissage de gaz est difficile à atteindre la norme.
La surface de la plaque de pressage des plaques de la section de pressage des plaques gonflables LIJIANG Glass peut être ajustée individuellement, divisée en 74 points pour le réglage.
