Quais são os defeitos que podem ocorrer durante a lavagem e secagem do vidro?
(1) Borda estourada: Os problemas do sistema de transmissão e fixação fazem com que o vidro colida na máquina de lavar.
(2) Arranhões: Há vidro quebrado sob a máquina de lavar e folhas empilhadas durante a operação.
(3) Impuro: o tanque de água não é trocado a tempo e a qualidade da água não é limpa; muito pó de vidro está manchado no pincel; a seção de secagem ao ar não é filtrada ou o filtro não está limpo e o teor de poeira é grande.
(4) O sopro não é seco: o volume e a pressão do ar não são suficientes, e a faca de ar ou o ângulo de sopro não são adequados.
Como evitar que o vidro fique preso na lavadora de vidros horizontal?
(1) Não coloque vidro que exceda o limite de espessura da máquina de lavar e secar.
(2) Ao carregar o filme, a distância entre os vidros deve ser grande o suficiente.
(3) Não limpe a área menor que o tamanho mínimo especificado pelo equipamento e pela escova rotativa. Se o vidro estiver preso ou anormal, pare a máquina imediatamente para eliminá-lo.
(4) Ao lavar vidros estreitos e longos ou vidros com tamanhos pequenos, o lado comprido deve ser colocado na direção frontal.
