I have now owned this butyl coating machine for 8 months. I use it on a daily basis and have made well over 2000 items, meaning the cost of produce the IGUs each is around 100 cents. How can that be a bad thing? I haven't upgraded or changed anything. I have upgraded my review to 5 stars, because even though there were some software issues in the beginning, there is literally no better machine for the money.

Great customer service, very responsive to emails, living-videos and helping sort out any equipment's issues. This type of insulating glass production line is well built and easy to use. Very easy to put together by after-service engineers. Took me about 3 hours to put together and another 30 minutes to figure out how to use the software. This price was good for a glass process beginner.

LJBZ2035 Automatic Insulating Glass Production Line

I researched many types/brands of insulating glass aluminum spacer strips bending machines for aluminum strips bending quartz countertops. Finally, I decided to give the LJZW2020 from LIJIANG Glass a try. After assembling and adjusting, I made my first strips cutting and bending with no issues. Good saw for industrial use, precision and stability are the best ways to cut strips with this automated machine.
