How to choose the configuration scheme of insulating glass equipment?

The configuration scheme of insulating glass equipment

It all depends on your specific needs when you plan to purchase the insulating glass machine varies in cost. There is a wide variety of types of insulating glass machines based on table sizes (work areas), features, durability, performance, quality, brand, manufacturer, and customer service which all factor into an insulating glass machine's price.

Average all the different insulating glass production lines on the market. If you have an idea to buy a CNC woodworking machine overseas, the fee of customs clearance, tax, and shipping costs should be included in the final price.

1. Basic vertical insulating glass production line with an annual output of 10,000 to 30,000 square meters

The plant area is about 20 meters * 10 meters, covering an area of 100-200 square meters.

Operator distribution: 1 worker for aluminum strip cutting, 3 worker for installation and operation of aluminum frame in the production line, 1 worker for butyl rubber coating machine, 3 workers for second glue , excluding glass cutting and desiccant filling worker.

2. Efficient vertical insulating glass production line, with an annual output of 20,000-80,000 square meters

The plant area is 30 meters * 20 meters, covering an area of 600-800 square meters.

Operator distribution: 1 worker for aluminum strip cutting, 3 worker for installation and operation of aluminum frame in the production line, 1 worker for butyl rubber coating machine, and 1 worker for second glue , excluding glass cutting and desiccant filling worker.

3. Large-scale vertical insulating glass production line, with an annual output of 50,000-200,000 square meters

The plant area is 50 meters * 20 meters, covering an area of 1000-1500 square meters.

Operator distribution: 1 worker for desiccant and aluminum strip cutting, 3 worker for production line operation and sealing glue line, 1 worker for butyl rubber coating machine, and 1 worker for the cutting and breaking table, a total of 6 workers.
