The surface of the washing and drying case and water tank is made of double water tank impermeable steel wire drawing board, and the room is cleaned to ensure that the glass is clean. The conveying glue stick adopts acid and alkali resistant full rubber roller, which can automatically adjust the spacing according to different thicknesses of glass. Three pairs of brushes are equipped with high-pressure water sprayers, and all brushes are made of soft high-temperature wires to prevent damage to the surface film of the coated glass. The washing chamber is covered with a plexiglass water baffle, which is easy to disassemble and easy to maintain. When the chassis of the washing section is working, the transmission and washing of the glass can be directly seen through the glass.

During the washing function, the water is pumped out from the water tank by two water pumps, sprayed onto the glass surface through the nozzle of the spray water pipe, cleaned by the brush, and then returned to the water tank for recycling. The rinse tank is equipped with a water heating device, which can heat the water for reuse at low temperatures. If the water quality is poor, the user needs to be equipped with a water treatment device.   • Lubrication of Glass Washing and Drying Machine

To prevent gear necrosis caused by excessive wear of the wear machine, the cleaning machine must be properly lubricated. In particular, the glass coating process has very high requirements for the cleanliness of the glass, and a small amount of lubricating oil is not allowed to enter the cleaning area, so grease with good mechanical stability and adhesion should be selected. Focus on lubrication of drive chains, helical gears, and drive shafts.

  1. Use a plastic cloth to isolate the parts that need lubrication from the cleaning area to avoid grease contamination.
  2. Lubricate the joint surfaces of chains, gears, transmission shaft chain rollers, and chain plates.
  3. Make sure the transmission chain and rollers are lubricated evenly.
  4. Wipe off excess grease with a clean cotton cloth.

  • Calibration of conveyor rollers

The glass washing and drying machine adopts the pinch-feeding method of glass. The lower roller is fixed and the height of the upper roller can be adjusted to ensure uniform force on the glass and smooth transmission. The lower roller table is driven by a transmission shaft and gear system, and the bearings and horizontal and vertical levels need to be checked regularly. The upper roller is fixed by two water-lubricated plastic bearings at both ends and can rotate freely. Since the plastic bearings are prone to wear and increase the gap after being used for some time, resulting in an imbalance at both ends of the upper roller, the original glass sheet is prone to deflection in the cleaning machine. For the upper roller table, we add fixed-end block clamps regularly measure the height changes, and calibrate or replace the bearings accordingly to adjust the pressing force of the rollers.

  • Adjustment of disc brush height

The entrance glass washing and drying machine mainly uses a disk brush to clean the surface of the original glass, and at the same time adds a liquid polishing agent to ensure that the glass surface can be effectively polished and remove stubborn stains. To make the disk brush effectively roll the glass surface, the height of the tip of the disk brush is generally set to 1.5 mm below the surface of the glass sheet. As the disc bristles wear out, the height of the disc brush needs to be lowered regularly to ensure the quality of glass washing and drying .

  • Cleaning of water storage tanks and water trays

The entrance glass washing and drying machine adopts a three-level water quality step-by-step washing and water-recycling method. There are 5 water tanks and corresponding water trays under the transfer platform to store cleaning water. Since the water itself is polluted while cleaning the glass, some polishing agents and other contaminants are usually gradually deposited in the water storage tank, which requires regular flushing and cleaning to ensure the cleanliness of the water.

  • Smooth polishing agent and water spray pipe

The entrance glass washing and drying machine uses an aqueous solution of aluminum or cerium oxide as a polishing agent, which is added to the disc brush during the rolling rubbing process through the water spray pipe between the upper rollers. Since a solid aqueous solution polishing agent is used, when the concentration is too high, it can easily cause the nozzle to become clogged. When it is observed that the polishing agent nozzle is clogged during use, it should be cleared in time and the concentration of the diluted polishing agent should be adjusted. Follow these steps to clean polish and water spray hoses.

  1. Remove the glass washing and drying machine baffle, raise the upper roller of the cleaning machine, and turn off the power supply and water supply valve.
  2. Loosen the fixing bolts at both ends of the nozzle and remove the nozzle.
  3. Use a high-pressure water gun to drive pure water from the inlet of the nozzle into the nozzle to form water pressure. Observe the water output from each nozzle and use a paper clip to clear it.
  4. Clean the nozzle, install it back to its original position, tighten the bolts, and pay attention to the direction of the nozzle remaining unchanged before disassembly and cleaning.

  • Cleaning and adjusting the air knife drying area

The last water tank of the cleaning machine is filled with heated (temperature around 45°C) high-purity water. Therefore, the water stains attached to the surface of the original glass can be blown away and evaporated by the high-strength wind of the air knife after entering the drying area. The blade of the air knife forms a certain acute angle with the plane of the original glass piece. Every time you disassemble or install the air knife or change its position, be sure to measure the angle and keep it unchanged.

  1. Clean the glass debris, labels, paper jams, and other dirt in the drying area, and wipe the air knife, roller table, and other parts with a clean cotton cloth to ensure cleanliness.
  2. Remove the primary filter plate and secondary filter bag for the fan, use compressed air to blow out the dust inside, check for damage or blockage, and replace them regularly.
  3. Use a saw blade to probe into the air knife edge to check whether filter bag fibers and other debris are blocking the knife edge.
