The Job Responsibilities of the After-Sales Technical Engineer
- Actively respond to customer maintenance needs, diagnose and eliminate faults, and fill in the maintenance log;
- Complete the on-site technical support work, eliminate the software and hardware failures of the equipment in the responsible area, and the methods of troubleshooting include email, telephone, and on-site support;
- Provide internal technical support and customer training;
