How LIJIANG Glass does rust protection before shipping?

1. The first process: surface cleaning
The mechanical scrubbing cleaning method is adopted, and the surface of the equipment is wiped and cleaned with a cleaning cloth dipped in a mixture of disinfectant alcohol and water with a concentration of more than 90%.

2. The second process: surface drying
After cleaning, use filtered dry compressed air to dry, or use a dryer at 120~170 degrees Celsius, or directly dry with a clean rag.

3. The third process: coating of anti-rust oil
LIJIANG Glass is generally coated with anti-rust oil by common brushing and spraying methods.

①Brush coating method: 
After dipping anti-rust oil with a brush, apply it to the surface of clean metal parts. During the brushing process, make sure to brush evenly horizontally and vertically, to prevent uneven thickness from generating oxygen concentration cells on the metal surface and causing corrosion in the thick layer of the coating.

②Spraying method: Use a high-pressure jet to coat the surface of clean metal parts with anti-rust oil. During the spraying process, the spray gun is selected according to the viscosity of the oil, and the appropriate pressure is controlled to ensure that the oil mist is sprayed evenly without filamentous oil or discontinuity. At the same time, during the spraying process, control a certain oil temperature and spraying distance, and extend the coating on the production surface in a certain direction.

If my order arrived damaged, what should I do?

Media Mail and International shipments are not eligible for replacement or replacement components. For all other inquiries, reports of damage must be made with in 14 days of the delivery date. Requests made beyond the 14 window days may not be eligible for processing. Contact lijiangglass@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue along with images of the damaged order. Please retain all outer packaging as well as the product itself until instructed by LIJIANG Glass customer service. The next steps will be determined by the severity of the damage and the availability of items.

When will LIJIANG Glass Auotmation Equipment order ship?'

LIJIANG Glass work hard to process orders as quickly as possible, for in-stock items please allow 10-15 business days for processing before your order ships (Monday thru Friday, not including weekends or holidays). For PRE-ORDER items or items on BACK-ORDER, please allow for 3-5 business days from when the item is taken into stock for your order to process and ship.

LIJIANG Glass ship our orders in the order which they are received. Mixed orders containing both in stock items and pre-order/back-order items will be shipped together in one package once the pre-order or back-ordered item becomes available to ship.

For other orders please allow for 10-14 days for your order to be processed. If you order from an exhibition that is currently pick one from our product catalogs, your order will ship once the show ends (please consult show fliers for more information). Once the glass processing Equpment and Glass Producing Accessories order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number.

What if my order tracking stops in transit or my order doesn't arrive?

Lost or missing orders must be reported within 90 days of the ship date. LIJIANG Glass is not responsible for losses reported over a time frame of more than 90 days. If your order stalls in transit, LIJIANG Glass will submit a lost mail search to the carrier on your behalf as soon as you notify us of the issue. It usually takes about 2 weeks from the date of submission for the shipping company to forward the ruling of its findings to us, at which point we will communicate this information to you.

How do I know when my equipment accessories order has shipped?

LIJIANG Glass will email you a confirmation when your order has been shipped. This shipping confirmation will include the tracking number of the package, which you can use to monitor the status of your shipment. This shipping confirmation email is usually sent to the same email address at which you receive order confirmations.
