The 25th Glasstec in Germany Dusseldorf is the leading trade fair for the global glass industry and its suppliers. It takes place every two years in Dusseldorf and offers the entire range of the material glass ranging from production to processing and application to recycling. Glasstec delivers innovations of the glass industry, glass engineering, glazier craft, gives new impetus to the architecture and discusses trends concerning solar and photovoltaics. There is no better place to showcase product innovations, forward-looking processing techniques and new glass applications to trade visitors from all over the world. That makes the world's leading trade fair for the glass engineering, glass industry and the glazier craft equally interesting. The exhibition is divided into the topics engineering, manufacturing, processing and finishing, craft, architecture and construction, window and facade and solar. Glasstec is accompanied by high-profile symposia and product demonstrations on cutting edge solutions in the industry. These provide an added value to the visitors and make the fair a must for every professional of the industry. Honoured interested parties, due to the effects of the corona virus, the fair 2021 will be postponed to this new date.
On the whole the organisers welcomed on the 4 days of the fair, from 23. October to 26. October 2018, about 1280 exhibitors from 50 countries and 42000 visitors from 120 countries on the glasstec in Düsseldorf.

The exhibiting equipment includes a automaitc butyl extruder coating machine , a automatic molecular sieve filling machine, and a automatic argon gas filling machine for insulating glass processing etc., to produce insulating glass on site.
