1. Special molecular sieves for insulating glass should be sealed and stored before use. If the packaging is found to be damaged, it cannot be used. If the package has been opened but has not been used up, please do not pack it yourself before using it.
2. Filling should be carried out in a dry and dust-free room.
3. Molecular sieves are strictly prohibited from being exposed to the air for a long time after opening the package. The process from filling to gluing and sheeting should be completed continuously in a short time. The aluminum partition frame filled with molecular sieves should be converted into insulating glass within 45 minutes.
4. There should be no air leakage on the four sides of the sealed insulating glass.
5. After the insulating glass is glued together, it is strictly prohibited to expose it to the sun.
6. The molecular sieve filling machine is preferably sealed.
All in all, the molecular sieves assembled in insulating glass must be regularly tested, dried, indoors dust-free, quickly assembled, and prevented from air leakage and exposure to the sun.
