1. Use
LJ-LED Insulating Glass Edge Light Detector Equipment is designed according to the requirements of the international standard "Flat Glass" and is an auxiliary equipment for detecting the appearance defects of flat glass. At the same time, it is also suitable for the appearance defect detection of tempered glass, insulating glass, laminated glass, automobile glass and other glass.
The glass edge light detector adopts a combination of green light source and white light source illumination, which can detect the front and side (section) of the sample respectively. It can clearly detect various defects such as scratches, trachoma, air bubbles on the glass surface and inside.
2. Principle
The LJ-LED type Insulating Glass Edge Light Detector Equipment is equipped with an LED light source in a closed light box. There is a slit on the light box that can be opened. The glass is inserted into the slit horizontally, and the light enters from the glass section. Diffuse, the defects appear bright spots on the glass plate, so that the various defects of the tested sample can be clearly seen. At the same time, the front light detection mode of the instrument can also be turned on, so that the light is irradiated from the front of the glass to facilitate the detection of defects.
