Control requirements for the air-floating slicing table of the glass cutting machine:

(1) There are two control modes: manual and automatic.

(2) In the manual mode, step on the footswitch and hold it down, the rotating shaft will drop in place within the set time, after the time is up, the rotating shaft will rotate. Drive the glass knife to cut the glass, the speed is the set value, the angle is controlled by how long the foot is on the footswitch.

(3) In the automatic mode, the manufacturer of the air-floating slicing table, steps on the footswitch, the rotating shaft will automatically drop, when the time is up, the glass knife will automatically cut the glass at the set speed and angle, and automatically return after cutting...

(4) The time setting value is about 0S-5 seconds. The speed is adjustable from 0-99 in two positions, and the angle is adjustable in three positions from 0-999 degrees.

(5) In the automatic state, the indicator light on the manual/automatic switch is on, and the air-floating slicer is in the manual and automatic states. The start indicator light is on when the system is started, and the cutting indicator light is on when cutting, no matter what the state is. Press the stop button and the system stops and resets.

(6) The counter counts the number of cuts.
